UPC 50/100 Mb not Available Lucan/ Griffeen???

I was informed by upc that upc 50/100 Mb is not available in Lucan - I live in the Griffeen Estate. Available in parts of Lucan - the village has it (100meg tyvm :P)

Have a look at this - Griffeen down for upgrade during 2011 it appears
