I was wondering why there was no mention of Fresh Meat on 4OD and nothing on torrents.

He just needs to copyright and merchandise Cock Cat. It would be a feminist balance for Hello Kitty apt for our times.

The black character's accent is atrocious bordering on intolerable.

Quite well written, though a lot of the writing reminds me of The Inbetweeners and makes me wish it was that show I was watching for the first time.

Jack White's character is more likeable than the real Jack White.

Pretty **** so far, Jack Whitehall and the scottish guy are this seasons only saving grace, Kingsley is incredibly annoying.

I thought his moment of crisis when it dawned on him that he had wasted 3 years studying geology, and couldnt dispute it with the kid was well acted.

I've enjoyed it so far, I'm finding there are more subtle gags rather than in your face type gags.

Oregon is just not funny at all any more and Kingsley is a stupid caricature with zero character growth. JP, Josie and Howard are way better.

Howard was hillarious, particularly the Ken Hom bits.

I've only managed to watch the first two episodes in S4 so far but I'm delighted to say my love for Josie is alive and well. :D

Her and Drunk Howard were gas and explaining to Howard how nature protects you from drinking too much by making you pass out was great.

Really enjoyed the last 2 episodes, think they managed to bring a certain realism to the characters that made the dramatic elements work quite well with the comedic parts, I found the first 2 episodes very poor, started to improve with episode 3.

I thought the most recent episode was the best of this series so far. Untenable mooring!

I think it's been very mixed this year. Some genuinely hilarious moments mixed in with some really random/boring stuff.

Kingsley is really annoying this time. He was always more on the border between annoying and the kind of pathetic you'd feel sorry for and root for but he's just straight up annoying now.

Has Josie always been, I hate to say it, a bit of a bitch? There's been a few times this series where she's just been awful. I think they're trying to relate it all to her being left behind but she seems quite harsh at times, she feels very far away from the Josie of S1+2.

But then maybe that's the point. They're supposed to be 3 years older now, college changes people, not always for the good....?

Liked its earlier series but this one has nothing to add except to round things up. A series too far, and trying to get mileage out of stuff already done to death.

A mention for a peripheral character though, who really was the series best : Prof Shales - a David Brent level of perfection for cringe factor presentation of a pathetic figure. High points: the son finding out about him at the party, and the time he is living in a caravan yet making the best of it.

Yeah, they probably could have wrapped it all up without a full series. I'm glad they're getting to finish it properly but maybe two 90 minute episodes or something would have worked better.

This whole series seems to have been about the panic of becoming a grown up in the real world which is fairly accurate but isn't really a mine of comedy.

    So, that's it.

I have to say I really found this last series a bit underwhelming. It pretty much felt like the same episode over and over.

Josie is banging JP and hates herself for it, is sad about being left on her own next year.
Kingsley doesn't want to go back to his mum's house.
Vod is up to her eyeballs in debt.
Howard is afraid to move to London on his own.
JP doesn't want to work for his brother but doesn't want to be poor either.
    Oregon is overreaching and underachieving.

Repeat x6 (or however many episodes there were)

That said, Fresh Meat as a whole was pretty brilliant TV and the episode where JP's dad and Oregon's horse died will always be one of the best episodes of any TV series.
