Workspace for Software Development: Dublin Recommendations

    Not sure if this is the right forum, but it is software and web development related, so here goes.
    Can anyone recommend temporary workspaces I can hire on a periodic basis that would work well for individual software/web developers?

    Requirements:
    * Reasonable pricing (50-70 EUR a week)
    * Secure (of premises and data)
    * Good ICT - broadband, wireless, sufficient powerpoints
    * Environment - one where like minded professionals or enthusiasts might be working, quiet time with opportunities to mix (leisure areas with tea/coffee etc)?
    * 24 /7 Access

    I have heard of AM Works, Fumbally Exchange. ANy views? Alternatives? Recommendations?
