    Residents of Glanmire have been perplexed by a piddle riddle this week, after 62 bottles of urine were found dumped in a ditch.

    The urine-filled plastic Coca Cola bottles were dumped in Glyntown, a scenic area plagued by illegal dumping, and were found by a woman walking in the area on Saturday.

    This waste deposit of filled and half filled 500ml bottles in plastic bags has baffled locals, such as local councillor, Labour’s Noel Costello.

    He told the Cork Independent that locals have been unable to make sense of the peculiar discovery.

    “If someone had been caught short, they would have gone in a ditch. This is very strange. Who fills bottles of urine and throws it out? Some of the bottles were only half full.”
