Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

IMO the second one is ruined by the blown out sky. I like the idea you were going for in the first one with the silhouette

I like the first one but I think the bottom is cropped too much, would like to see a just a little more of the water.

1st one, because I like silhouettes and think cranes and industrial stuff look good in silhouette. It could probably be brightened just a little and the contrast and blacks upped a bit, but it is easier on the eye than the second shot.

There is not alot of colour in these . Perhaps in black and white with more contrast would work on the 1st one. Whilst the sky does have some clouds it is quite unspectacular. The scene would be alot more pleasant with some redness in the sky which was obviously beyond control on that morning. This would work IMO in this type of silhouette photo.

A bit darker than needed. My opinion would be more like this. I would also note that my opinion is amateur.

I prefer the first but I think the focal point/subject isn't clear leaving the eye to wander about aimlessly. IMO jonniebgood1's edit is an improvement.
