Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Get it done. You don't need a crowd around you with maps, forms, more forms in triplicate, two more forms, a few different clipboards. Oh ..... and the inevitable requirement to send in a nice fat cheque. Bang it up, and pull a few briars across it, to make it look mature.

    +1

Just do it and make it look as mature as you can, be careful with this and only do this if you don't have "busy" neighbours, if any of your neighbours are difficult or you have had a falling out they could report you so be careful.

I don't approve of people breaking the planning laws, but the amount of paperwork and red tape needed to make a new entrance makes it not viable to follow the correct and legal procedures.

most of the neighbours we get on well with, its just the main entrances are along a very busy road and can be a nightmare... just going to put them onto small roads just to make it abit handier for ourselfs.

Think you can open agriculture enterence on minor road less than 4metres wide without planning according to nra council had run in with neighbour after several reports from towney shams that moved out during boom.great to see clip board man from council being told where to go.
    Local farmers 1 towneys 0
After saying that less attention the better its only an agri enterance on this rule if you ever want to do anything else and we dont know what we will be at in 20yrs.
