[Wanted] 4-bed detached house in East Mayo

    Hi

    Im trying to find a modern 4 bed detached newish house in Mayo, preferably Swinford/Kilkelly/Claremorris areas -anywhere. Ive contacted auctioneers but all they have are old miserable looking houses inside and out! I dont want a housing estate.

    Im constantly looking on daft,property.ie and myhome.ie and cant find anything suitable, Ive checked the mayo advertiser - nothing, western people/dealer doesnt seem to have much either. There has to be houses out there with nothing happening with them suitable for renting!

    Anybody have any other ideas what I can try to find these houses??

    Lots more on the Mellett Property website - but I know of a few that are new but they are in new estates. I now of one in a estate which has only 16 houses in it but it is a shell so you would have to do all the work yourself i.e. plumbing, flooring etc. I have often wondered how much they would be selling it for. Anyway that is off the topic.
