The Covey Wheelers have organised a race as part of the Connaght League in Knockranny. Not sure if there is a marked trail as such .
Same applies in Moorhall and Tourmakeady and Cong(all have hosted races) as in there is no recognised track but they give you lots of scope,
Cong has loads of fire trails and also has the surfaced trails where you can go to Clonbur and back.

Recommend you talk to someone from Covey's who might know of other areas closer to Westport

If you're happy to drive as far as Derroura, then you could try out Roscahill or the new trail at Moycullen (finishing soon).

You'll be more information from Connemara MTB or Moycullen Bike Works.
