UCC Blackboard confusion!

Im home for the weekend and am very confused with documents on my blackboard. I want to print out lectures (im in first year) but i noticed that whe i went on to a specific subject to print out notes, there are notes there for 3rd years and other random stuff aswell? Why is this? is this normal? how do i know what to print…

Ill ask the lecturers on monday but as im at home for the weekend , id like to know asap as I want to use my home printer
