    Which city center? I presume Dublin - but it would be better if you could clarify.

    Peppa, I don't know if you managed to find an Indian cooking course in Dublin, but you might be interested to know that there is one starting in Skerries in early March. Hopefully that's not too far away for you (I know it's not the city centre).
    If you're interested you can find details on www.codubvec.ie, click on "Enrol in a Night Class", then click on "Skerries Community College".
