dinner party menu suggestions please

hi folks im hosting a dinner party soon and am looking some help with a main course menu, im not a pro cook but am confident in cooking at the same time, i want a dish that looks fancy and is handy to cook! if anyone has any good recipes please share:D i was thinking of using chicken as its so handy to cook, so any ideas…

Hi there. This forum is full of recipes for you to choose from. Check out the Easy Peasy Recipes thread & also The Cooking Club forum.

You can use the 'thread search' & 'forum search' functions within both of the above to look for chicken recipes.
