strange insect

Could somebody tell me what this is? looks like a spider, but has 5 legs.. and walks weird. it was what looked like cleaning its legs, then stretched its legs out. weirdest thing I have ever seen!

No, it stretched its legs out like that, its laying there flat on the wall, legs twitching... legs seem different length too

yes, looks like it could be that.. strange to see them laying out flat.

It is a Harvestman which is an arachnid as are spiders.

This one has lost some legs.

The resting posture is probably for camouflage purposes
