any idea where to find this window handle?

anyone know this type of window handle? Turning the handle moves the arms together/apart, closing/opening the window latches. I tried searching google for window handles but they are all the door style turn style mechanism. Is there a name/model no. for this of handle I can search for? Thanks. SD.
