Buzzing noise on E220 cdi

There is a buzzing noise from under the battrie of a Mercedes e220. The battrie is on the left hand side under the bonnet. Its keeps going all the time unless I disconnect the battery in the boot. No faults are showing on the computer.

It's either hornets on demand or the brake by wire SBC module doing its thing. The buzzing is normal according to Mr Google, my diagnostic expert

Thanks but its not normal I have the car 3 years and it only started sunday. is there anywhere I can see a diagram what is behing the wing as I think it is a sencer or something like that.
