Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Well as title says did anyone buy anything at the ploughing. I dont mean a bottle of coke:D

I went to price a sheep race and turnover crate. I swear none of them were interesting in doing a sale. Went to 3 of the 4 on show and each guy seemed too busy talking about the all ireland with other fellas. I even told one lad I would be back in the afternoon and I did go back and he never came up to me. Decided he wasnt getting my money.

    Anyone else buy anything?

didn't buy anything on the day but most likely will do a deal as follow up, like yourself I found the attitude of some of the staff manning the stands appalling,

I made a point of going to my selected stands early on Tues when I thought the staff would be fresh and eager for business

one stand was only setting up at 11.30 ,

on another they must have been on the pi$$ the night before,

on another stood waiting for 7/8 minutes while a guy was playing with phone

however others were very alert and offered good honest advise and I have already received follow up phone calls from some.

Ya I'm inclined to agree with OP and snowman. I suppose they get a lot of tyre kickers, some of the machinery dealers might as well not bother having any staff on the stands. Only thing I bought was a 3/4 to inch adapter for a tenner;)

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.
