Landlord entered apartment without me there

Hi On Sunday the sockets all stopped working in my apartment. I rang the landlord who called about 3 hours after I flagged the problem. He wasn't around so I'm not too worried about the wait. When he arrived, he said there was nothing he could do and that he'd ring an electrician Monday morning. At half 11 or so on the…
