Has anyone moved recently from Bord Gais to ESB? Has anyone moved recently from Bord Gais to ESB? I have had an ongoing issue with Bord Gais and have wasted a lot of time recently talking to their Help Line (Bord Gais and Help Line - a complete contradiction in terms).

Is it easy to move to ESB? Not that Bord Gais will notice or care - but they should find out how an organisation like Apple deals with issues and complaints and take note. I cannot remember a time in the last five years experiencing anything remotely like the frustration of dealing with Bord Gais on their Helpline.
