Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Why the new BS laws will not affect me if implemented

I will not obey a single one of them.

My bike is a 23 year old custom Harley, and cannot meet any of these new potential requirements. Not a friggin prayer to be honest!!

Nor should it be required to. I imported it into Ireland in 2008, in compliance with all current laws.

I will not obey retroactive legislation, unless the Govt wish to reimburse me the cost of my bike and buy it off me.

If a Guard stops me, then I will be happy to have my day in Court.

The proposals apply only to new motorcycles, and there's no proposal to remove older bikes from the road.

Cool so as bikes are being more badly built each year we'll eventually have to start phasing out the 7 year olds for fear of their impending critical failure. Meanwhile all the much older machines tare around the streets because lets face it the Bros is going to go forever.
