Higgins is possibly the best compromise. I'll be voting for MMG yet that would repulse some people, Yet SG would repulse others etc, I think Higgins may be disliked by some but at least he is too harmless to repulse anyone.

So a thread about SG disappeared last night. Hmmmm. Apparently some people were coming out of the woodwork about more dodgy work dealings. The people of Ireland need to know these stories - I hope the stories will resurface..

Lads, There is a politics forum and an election forum where all this is being discussed in depth. We have one thread here only. If you find a post that is a baseless accusation against any candidate, report it and it will be looked at.

As I said, if you don't like it, go to the dedicated forums.

I would support and vote for Martin Mcguinness but I'm not convinced by his denials of what Martin Ingram claimed, so I won't be voting.

I don't think the polls on here is a good way of judging anything because Martin Mcguinness is just about winning at the moment and surely there isn't enough naive people to actually think he would be a good choice? I seriously doubt he will get the votes some are saying he will get.

He will get a maximum of 14% of the vote and will come third overall. Fianna Fáil are where the majority of Irish people's hearts truly lie!

this has been proven time and time again yet the " intelligent " electorate keep voting these gangsters in ????

i have NO allegiance to any other political party or independent so have no axe to grind - but trust me i will do my best to influence people to avoid the 2 above mentioned becasue the smell of FF coming off them is overpowering
