Had a stay there last Friday and it seemed to be open but under strict security. If I remember I think I saw a sign saying visiting at the set hours only (1pm-4pm or something) so I assume it is. But don't take my word for it. Give them a ring and ask.

Yep my friend is out there and she said there's loads of people around so looks like its open again.
