    Thought it might be a good idea to start a thread dedicated to crawling get-togethers. Bring yours along and meet up! Everybody welcome!

    Today 28/09/11 - Donabate beach, on the rocks to the left of the hotel - 6pm-ish

    LOL.

    Went out yesterday for a quick crawl (?), spur of the moment kind-a-thing, and broke the rear drive shaft. Luckily I had a spare so it's already repaired, but upgrades are on their way.:D

    Well a couple of milk crates and few bits of wood, but we'll get there eventually...

    im going to be in dub on wed the 12th with an hours worth of battery in my scxhoncho around 5-7 pm and am willing to meet up and with other scale trucks at a venue of your choice.OK???

    Sounds good, I'll be there - weather permitting obviously.

    I'd suggest Donabate or Portrane, low tide Wed 12th @ about 5:30pm.:D

    Donabate or Portraine, they are both fairly close so its your call tmaxx,i will be there from 5 on anyway.
    By the way what kind of motor and esc's are ye using?

    Hey t-maxx,the venom creeper you had there the other day in donabate looked like a formidable machine.Is there any chance i could get a 1-1 scan of the side plates? I know it would mean a bit of stripping...i could repay you with a pair of alum c hubs or a handy alum hop up or your choice!

    I have a manual mill and lathe at home and acess to a cnc if needed!

    Hey lads,
    Ill be in Dublin on sunday morn the 6th for a run on the new track in
    Beldaragh, The Naul, Co. Dublin with my new cat sx3. I expect to be finished up around 3pm so does anyone feel like meeting up for a crawling session in or around that area?

    Is it the indoor track there on James' farm?

    I doubt I'll be able to do tomorrow (family committments) but I'm trying to go this afternoon 2pm-ish.

    will be up again on the 8th and the 11 of december for the WINTER RACE IRELAND 2011 so ye have plenty of notice.
    How did you fry the esc fallici?
    And tmaxx i dnt know who or where it is exactly,it'll be my first time there!

    tut tut -Im running mtronics tio rock c, its cheap waterproof has a 35t limit and has been faultless for more than a year now-might be worth a try!

    Yes fallaci i will be heading to Dublin Model Racing - The Naul @53.564815,-6.253613 for about 7. You're close enough to that fallaci why dont you call over to see the track
