Cordless drill

I am going to buy a cordless SDS drill and I was wondering what you guys are using!

Any recommendations?

Hilti are probably out of my price range -- and impractical due to the small amount of work I would be doing with it -- but I was looking at a few of their drills. Although it's quite annoying that they don't show prices on their website.

What make would you recommend? Milwaukee? Makita? Ryobi?

I've seen a few lads knocking about with a cordless 24v Ryobi, and it looks okay and quite cheap too.

Ive a 24v ryobi and its great.Got it brand new for a great price on ebay last year

Thanks for your reply! I was wondering why I couldn't find more information on that Ryobi; it makes sense now that you say it was discontinued.

Interesting site you posted there. I assume it's a reputable dealer?! I say that because it seems to be selling drills for cheap enough! In particular these two:

but is a pro sds drill

if your really stuck for cash why not try a second hand one

i got a 24v hitachi a couple of years ago,

got it at a good price as a display model

Never used them to be honest.They had a pic of the drill is all:)

You used to be able to get them direct from ryobi in the uk for much cheaper than tool shops but the biggest one ryobi seem to do now is 18v
