    Does anyone know where to find beef cheeks? I'm living in between mullingar and dublin and can travel. thanks

    I know fallon and Byrne do them. Have you tried asking your local butcher to order them for you? That's what I do

    What are you planning to make with them? (Bracken's in Mullingar would order them in for you).

    Muckety, I'm making braised beef cheeks, seen angela hartnett do it on the good food chanel and look good. I never got down to brackens to check but I've sourced them from my hometown in dublin...picking them up next week..I'll try brackens next time...can he get pork cheek?
