Can anyone please help me I'll weary with struggling with the civil service. One thing that would really help is if some kind person would tell me how to quote parts of the Student Grant Scheme 2011 and the Act. Can anyone please help me I'll weary with struggling with the civil service. One thing that would really help is if some kind person would tell me how to quote parts of the Student Grant Scheme 2011 and the Act.

Maybe I'm gone bonkers with the stress of trying to get what I thought were entitlements but I am begining to suspect my VEC are side stepping or cheating me/us (trying to get funds for two kids going to college).

I've read the Act and Statutory Instruments and need to quote parts directly to them in my reply to them. Maybe I can scare them into treating me fairly by knowing my facts and quoting them properly.

I'd be very grateful for some help!!!
