Meteor "Online" Upgrade

I'm at the end of my Meteor contract and am due an upgrade. There doesn't seem to be a facility to do this online to avail of the reduced contract prices. Has anyone here managed to get them to include these for an upgrade?

To answer my own question: All you need to do is get through to someone in sales and they'll painlessly apply the online pricing over the phone.
