    I just had saorveiw installed last tuesday and i have had no problem,i also put up a digtal aeral for all the irish channels picture is perfect,may i suggest changing your aeral.

    im doing a load of digital switchovers for people at the moment, most have old VHF antennas , what you got was most likely a good UHF multi element antenna, masthead amp and propper cabling , its not that expensive to do and definitley worth it

    How did this thread end up in after hours.

    Go to the saorview website and the map will show where your closest TV mast is. aim your aerial towards it and see if the reception improves. Alternativly buy a cheap indoor aerial in the 2 euro shop and see if you can pick up the picture any better.

    A cheap 2 euro aerial wouldnt pick up Saorview :pac:
