Tobacco pouch with papers?

So I'm thinking of switching to rollies, and I know you can get packs of tobacco with papers, but is it possible to get pouches with the packet of skins attached? I've seen it in other countries but I'm not sure about here. Also, does Drum Bright Blue come as a pack with papers?

Usually you buy them seperate, but most pouches have a thing you peel off and you can stick the skins to the pouch. You can also buy boxes of some tobacco, for instance you can get a box of Dark Drum with skins in the box.

If you get a pouch of light drum it wont come with skins.

The large Golden Virgina is usually a resealable pouch.
