Very selfless from Park, great movement from him too. We beck getting another goal will keep his confidence high too.

Thnank fcuk for that. Very lucky to be 2 goals up without conceding, The faster we can forget about this game the better!

All these attempted one-on-one chips - Rooney's been spending too much time on FIFA 12.

In the end it comes down to scoring. United could, Pilkington couldn't. Congratulations with the win.

Yeah and I had a bet on United (-2)! And he's in my fantasy football team. So selfish Rooney. :p

Sometimes you gotta win ugly and at times that was grotesque.

    Very ugly win today!

On another note I'd love to see a stat to see if Valencia ever touched the ball with his left foot...

We were guilty of not taking our chances. Should have got something out of it. Tierney had a great game for us and in line for a call up for the Irish squad.

We had 3 Irish lads on the team. Hoolahan, Pilkington and Tierney.

    wut?

I fúcking love Weso, think he's a bleedin great player (I'm a Shels fan btw).

But to think Trap would have a player like that in a team of his.

    As I said.

    Lawlz.

That remined me of last season, not pretty but we grinded-out a result.

I think Chico's place is legitimately under threat from Welbeck now.

And if Wikipedia said Pilkington landed on the moon 2 years ago you'd believe that too?

As bad as United were today, at least they got the result. Not exactly confidence inspiring stuff, but playing that bad and still winning is a good thing.
