Radio London on Satellite in Ireland?

I am planning to switch from UPC to Satellite and as I can't afford Sky Sports and want to follow the football, can anyone tell me if I can access radio coverage of Spurs games on Radio London. They are always covered on Radio London. According to the following satellite list, Radio London is only available in the London…

According to the following satellite list, Radio London is only available in the London Area. - 718 on Astra 2D, but London area only.

If I were to set myself up with either Freesat or Free to Air, would I be able to get that football coverage from Radio London on Astra?
