Could simply be a possible oversight.

Surely it would make far more sense to contact either of them directly or through management rather than sign up to an internet forum to badmouth them.

Having viewed this post again I've decided that it's possibly libellous and so it's best to take it down. If you have a problem with any individual it's best that you take it up with them personally and not post accusations on a publin forum.
