christmas pudding with ground almonds/no flour

can anybody help me??? i made the most gorgous christmas pudding a couple of years ago but i cannot find the recipe at all. there was no flour or breadcrumbs used at all; this was incerdible, so light and delicious!! all i know is this: ground almonds instead of flour grated carrot and apple prunes and dates apricots…

can anybody help me???

all i know is this:

ground almonds instead of flour

grated carrot and apple

prunes and dates

apricots

raisins and sultanas

pecans and pine nuts

treacle

basically i have no idea of quantities, i'm sure i'm missing ingredients...

any christmas pudd makers out there with any suggestions??

I've never made pudding without flour but my partners sister has a child who is on a Coeliac diet and she swears by this recipe from the Coeliac Society. It does include breadcrumbs, but Coeliac friendly breadcrumbs.
