Hi has anyone had any problems with Board Gais, I changed from ESB (biggest mistake) I signed up to Board Gais, what I wasn't aware of was if I cancelled my direct debit I have to pay E200 up front. I was never told about this when they called out to my house. We are both out of work and are finding it hard to pay our bill…

We are both out of work and are finding it hard to pay our bill but now everybill we get this E200 is added onto it.

Would appreciate if anyone else has had a problem with them. Their customer service department isn't the friendliest.

I want to leave them but don't know how to go about it.
