I am signed up for meteor free internet on my phone...

i looked into this and the limit is 1gb fair usage policy thingy...

does this mean i can not in a million years go over it? or is it like three where they say you shouldnt be going over it and if you constantly do youll be looked into??

reason i ask is because i just rooted my phone and can now use it as a hotspot.

just thought that 1gb for a month isnt a whole lot....like per day?

guess tho it is intended for just a phone which must be tough to go over

Having downloaded and used Google Music a lot, I easily used my 1GB allowance after just a couple of weeks (maybe a little less).

yeah its kinda annoying...like a have a dongle which has a gig per week...

dont think the phone should fully replace the laptop just yet...

im going to download an app i had before which monitors your usage...

3g watch dog i think its called...

another thing..is it possible to check how many days i have left until i top up again?
...just checked my usage and im nearly out already...think i still have two weeks left....gotta start turnin it off when im not using it!

think its 2c per mb...which isnt as bad...but still stink!

it was a limited offer...but just today meteor text me saying for €20 a month i get fre meteor talk and text along with 1gb of internet...

cant say fairer that that!!

from what i thought that offer is on their site when you log into mymeteor.ie, but it was 30 squids...hmmm...

i was billpay lite for a while...really wasnt saving money so came back to prepaid...

if your smart on prepaid, and download the likes of cabbage to use your free webtexts from the phone, and skype etc...you can save a fortune

i think 90% of the smart phone users dont realise that a few minutes downloading can really save money!
