How do you blend in the images you added ?

For instance the way you "blued" out the images to not look so pasted in ?

In photoshop, I normally select the layer I want to turn 'blue-ish' and click on image>adjustments>hue/saturation, and fiddle around with it. There's definately a better way to do it though, i'm kinda new to photoshop.

I use the eye dropper tool to select a light blue from the image.
open the layer properties and colour overlay, then select the blue and pick multiply or whatever works best from the drop down menu.

Really love the thread...however excusing the lack of realistic shadow...what is that bloke doing with a drawing board fcs? They went out circa 1995. Everone I know use AutoCad these days!
