    The greencard lottery entry period starts later today and ends 5th November.

    The entry itself is absolutely free, so don't pay for any "services". Participating is simple enough for anyone to understand and only possible online.

    I can find plenty of instructions but no entry form! :confused:

    Instructions are up but the application time doesn't open until about 4pm this afternoon so there will be no application form available until then.
