Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hey all, so im going to Edinburgh for a week on the 28th of October!

does anyone know if Scotland celebrate halloween in the way it is over here?

Halloween itself is falling on a Monday, so do you think all the pubs/clubs over there will have fancy dresses or that kinda thing?
Im spending halloween night itself in a village called Galashiels, so i doubt much will be on there!

Edinburgh is far better than Dublin for Halloween, do the underground ghost tours if you can get tickets. Booked up ages in advance prob but worth a go or even the Edinburgh Dungeons thing its a great laugh. As for dressing up, my Brother lived there for over a year and he didn't think going out to a normal sort of pub would be a big deal but him and a few friends were really the only ones in the place who weren't in fancy dress so def make an effort if you plan on heading out! Outside of Edinburgh i'm not really sure what it's like but i'm sure there's something on.
