    Joe is really just interested in the details of the headgear?

    More to this than meets the eye, how can he afford health insurance if he is living off food stamps? Insurance is not cheap?

    His wife in the background keeps prompting him, did she put him on to try to get donations or something?

    Very fishy methinks...wife so disabled she cannot work but has had 2 falrly recent pregnancies?

    Maybe she had family cover through her job?

    Prompting is maybe because he has memory loss still.

    Guy's well within his rights to be scared for him and his family's futures...

    She's not working either, so she couldn't have cover (and cover ends as soon as you leave the job)

    Of course he is scared, but why ring liveline?????

    He would be better off going to his local Church - the church is the U.S does powerful work to help out people down on their luck.

    I am not being harsh, but I really cannot see why he would ring liveline?
