I'm fairly sure it's on the capital amount ... "It relates to the way assets and liabilities of semi-states are classified on our national accounts" which sounds like a one-off amount, sadly.

Don't understand the macroboy love in to be fair...he went out of his way to upset people even when regarding the most delicate of subjects and derailed more threads than i thought humanly possible...

And that's probably fair enough, its just that i always seemed to catch him on one of his asshole days...so much so that i stopped posting here for a while as his posts were a headwreck.
