    Good point this guy has...worked in a few banks in the boom. The money that was spent on temporary premises whilst old places were renovated was crazy.

    Yeah best of luck getting that. 2 yrs of profesionally audited accounts ( few grand outlay for any small business) and you might get something in 3-4 months...maybe.

    Well, tell that to anyone getting means tested for it - some are waiting 10 months. (bar the audited accounts, shouldn't they be audited anyway?)
