    Builders moved in next door to us without any notice either....
    Been there for 3 months drilling and banging away, late into the evening and even on saturdays.
    This happens, when you live in a built up area, nothing much you can do

    You're missing the point...the man's own house needs work too, but the builder has liquidated the company...the house next door is his personal property which he HAS money to fix.

    Disgrace.
