Well now we know where the 4K is going... huge existing personal debt, no doubt two cars and associated loans, few hundred shopping a week 2K monthly mortgage.
He'd better hope his factory doesn't shut...

Eh buddy, people who buy ready built houses also paid vast amounts of tax, you're nothing special. You need to tell us where the four grand is going to, your mortgage is €260k which would be what, about €1,200 a month ? Maybe more if taken over a short period.

lads - in a very similar situation myself - once you pay all the bills (and put some aside for annual bills) I've a few bob left at the end of the month.

    Petrol bombs are we:D

There's the solution, a few petrol bombs through some bank windows. This guy, who's spending a small fortune, is a whingey loon, he's in a much better situation regarding income than a lot of people in this country, where's it going to ?

Oh stop he is so annoying, does he think he is alone. And Joe stop with the fake sighing. If you are taking in 4 grand and can't survive, go talk to your bank, not Joe. This is the first of at least 3 bad budgets to come buddy.
