    Joe Duffy, a few years ago, would have been down helping the workers with their protest... He's probably more sympathetic to the landlord at this stage..

    In this instance Joe is doing very well.

    The courts are a bit ridiculous although... I mean scheduling a court date when this poor chap was meant to be sailing his boat... I mean what's next .. scheduling court dates in the middle of the Wimbledon Championships.. They dont expect him to miss that as well do they?

    Jay signed a lease for the guts of 150k

    He didn't pay per the lease

    It went to court

    Lease was renegotiated down to 100k

    This happened circa 2 years after lease was signed

    Jay thinks he doesn't have to pay the 50k x 2 years over the renegotiated amount

    Jay needs to fund private school for his son and an international yachting lifestyle

    I also question the licensing of that premises and it's misuse
