    15% rise in bus costs is really unfair.
    thios rise could be mitigated by withdrawing all free travel (and the pklus ones that go with it) and introducing a reduced fare for pensioners etc according to means (if possible)

    Who'll be hit by that rise? Struggling workers.

    Not fair at all.
