    Conditions in psychiatric hospitals are not good,I think that is accepted at this stage. Vincent Browne highlighted this problem years ago,with several radio programmes about it and there has been several documentaries about it.
    So what Joe is doing here is not ground breaking. Is this really concern for the patients or an opportunity for Joe to complain about the government and lobby for more recruitment? Unfortunately Joe, there is a moratorium on recruitment and that is part of the CPA.
    People who are leaving to avoid pension cuts are hardly to be pitied Joe.
