    It amazes me the rents these people pay for shops. They must have to shift a hell of a lot to make any money.
    Yer man from Korky's rent is €200k or something. How the hell do you sell enough shoes to make a living,even in the Celtic Bubble.

    I have heard Mr Korky on before on the Frontline. he says the profit from all his other Korky stores makes up the rent on his Grafton Street Flagship store.

    Main reason I don't use my laser card...I asked the bank to provide an ATM only card...at least that way they can't clean you out in one go. Credit card all the way for item purchases.
