    I've no idea why this is a surprise, I first read about it over 2 years ago. Parish pump stuff I'd say for Joes neighbours.

    The whole area needs a lot of work, the sea wall has collapsed in places before and there has been flooding and will be more but of course not in my back yard (NIMBY) and complain when they build and complain again if it isn't built and you're flooded out.

    The view is sh1te, and you should be looking at the road and not the view Joe.

    Yes, Joe obviously doesn't get out much.....

    I lived in Clontarf for a couple of years, its nice enough view, but hardly World class.

    I live in Dublin so find this interesting enough, but how about anyone in Leitrim or Galway or Cork? This is NATIONAL radio, not Northside Dublin radio
