    (honest advice, ensure that your home policy covers Fire service costs, fact is that Joe must know that he is merely drawing attention to a problem where some Insurance companies have not been returning levies to the appropriate local authorities, they have been withholding because LA's have been charging on top of the levies, a beautiful Mexican stand-off that will only be resolved by the lahvline and panic)

    call Sally Morgan and ask her to ask the dead people are they pissed that you saved a few bob by not calling the Emergency Services for them, if they say they are pissed with you, call Joe and let him know that you and God are very angry with him
