    Did she say her son has autism, so things like that would freak him out. I live quite close to one of those big wind turbines and believe me they can be very noisy.

    Sounds like it just might need a tweak, if she's 120m away and still hearing it. Sorry for the kid; autistic (I'm pretty sure she said that about him) kids react badly to any change in their environment.

    Sounds like she has an issue with the neighbour and is digging up anything to bitch about him..this week its the wind turbine. I bet there is some past conflict between these neighbours.
