    if these people have a problem with Greyhound not collecting their bins - bring the bins up to Greyhounds HQ and leave them at their front door. They've paid for the service...

    There's obviously going to be teething problems when handing over a huge service to a private company... The real controversy here is how the state is still paying all of the people in the council who used to carry out this service..
