The hoarding around the site was very provocative lets say. People dressed very skimpily, sprawled over the worktops in bikinis

Joe lives in Clontarf but by the sounds of him youd swear Belmayne was in the middle of no where surrounded by fields.

I do feel sorry for her. I have lived in a noisy apartment before and it is very tough being woken up by neighbours stirring their cup of coffee in the morning.

Has she tried complaining to Anne Doyle directly?

I lived in a semi-detached for a few years, and I could hear the next door neighbour actually pissing into the toilet. That, and other issues related to quality of the house put me off buying a house (and boy am I glad!)

    Bizarre.

The developer (Satan incarnate) seduces the property buyer (delicate sensuous flower with pre approved mortgage).

Some interesting imagery and persuasionary tactics going on in that shot... and it seemingly worked.
